  2. 25 Wall Balls (Males: 20 lbs Females: 10 lbs)

  3. 25m Bear Crawl with San Bag Pull-Through (Males 65 lbs Females: 35 lbs)

  4. 25m Sled Drag (Males: 90 lbs Females: 45 lbs)

  5. 25 Calorie Assault Bike: 101 seconds to complete (If time has gone over 101 seconds, perform 10 push-ups before finishing the 25 calories)

Record scores at Frat Gym front desk by 21NOV

Top ten times will compete in Fittest of the Month Championship on 26NOV at 0600
